El tercer viaje del misionero San Pablo, fue alrededor de los años 53 a 56, quien partió por tierra desde Antioquía hacia Tarso.

Después de otra estancia en Antioquia y habiendo fundando ahí una iglesia, Pablo estaba listo para hacer otro viaje misionero.

El primer viaje misionero de Pablo comenzó en el año 45 y terminó en el 49, viajó acompañado de dos cristianos llamados Bernabé y Juan

Bernabé buscará a Pablo en su ciudad natal, Tarso, y le pide que le acompañe a Antioquía donde está surgiendo una nueva iglesia muy activa.

Uno de los lugares que visitó el Apóstol Pablo y donde anunció la Buena Nueva fue Corinto, donde les invitó a seguir a Jesucristo.
